O’Reilly Webcast: How to Build a Lean Startup, Step by Step
Get started with a detailed guide to three key lean startup techniques: continuous deployment, rapid split-testing, and root cause analysis (five why's). In this webcast, Eric Ries, author of the blog StartupLessonsLearned, covers the theory of how lean startups work, implementation details, and case studies. Participants will come away with a specific plan of action for how to apply these techniques to their product, company, or startup.
Live from 1971. Neil digs around in his pockets trying to find the right harp and then plays a new song...Heart of Gold.

I’m going to present this to my team since the content is so important. But, right off the bat, my pet pieve: *please* learn some basic public speaking skills. Speak slowly and clearly. Fast talking is not a sign of superior intelligence. It conveys a message to the listener: if you can’t keep up with me, your just not up to my level. Steve Jobs doesn’t speak fast.

When youre a lean and mean startup machine you need support systems. For a humorous look at the many shapes and sizes support for social entrepreneurs comes in, check out Ventureneers video.

Thanks for this Eric, it is fantastic. I’ve been looking into Continuous Deployment and have been in touch with Timothy Fitz asking a few questions. It’s all starting to click, and it’s great to see how CD fits into the lean startup and the other aspects.

I can see how going to production with each commit, along with the rest of your model, can totally change the mindset in the company…
Thanks for sharing!

Ratings above speak for themselves. We cannot suppose everyone understands the messages the way we do. There is always a poor figure trying to run up every good thing in this world. I love this song. That’s it.

Facial hair is similar to that of Hettie the Dog Girl. Ancestors appear to have descended from Neanderthal stock at a much later date than typical. Miss Nell Young appears to be mildly autistic, and has rudimentary ability with the guitar.
Her voice is that of a screeching mountain hag, calling her menfolk over the din of squealing pigs at slaughter.
I’m rather a fan, I think.
